Our move-out cleaning checklist
Kitchen
- Inside and outside of refrigerator and freezer
- Inside the oven, plus stovetop, drip pans and range hood
- Inside the microwave and outside the dishwasher
- All cabinets and drawers, inside and out
- Countertops, backsplash, sink and fixtures
Bathrooms
- Toilet, tub/shower, tile and fixtures descaled and disinfected
- Vanity, inside drawers and medicine cabinet
- Mirrors, exhaust fan cover
Every room
- Baseboards, door frames, doors, switch plates and outlets
- Window sills and tracks, blinds dusted
- Closets: shelves, rods and floors
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans (within reach)
- Floors vacuumed and mopped; carpets vacuumed (extraction available as an add-on)
Add-ons: wall washing, carpet extraction, interior windows, balcony/patio, garage and touch-up painting.

For property managers: fast unit turns
Turnover time is lost rent. We work from your turn schedule: send the unit list and access info, and we'll clean in sequence and send photos of each finished unit. During peak lease-turnover months, booking early locks in your dates. See the property manager program.
For tenants: your deposit and Chicago's RLTO
Under Chicago's Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, a landlord can deduct only for unpaid rent and damage beyond normal wear and tear. They must also return the deposit within 45 days of move-out, and send an itemized statement of any damage within 30 days. A thorough, documented move-out clean with photos gives you a record of the condition you left the unit in. Move-in cleaning

Turnovers: clean + paint + haul
