Why property teams use us

  • A written scope per building: a frequency chart showing what gets done daily, weekly and monthly
  • Proof of service, with a checklist or photos after visits
  • One contact for every building in your portfolio
  • Flexible add-ons: move-out unit turns, post-renovation cleanups and minor repairs/painting from the same vendor. See move-out cleaning.

Chicago winters are hard on lobbies

From November through March, salt, slush and grit get tracked in and wear down hard floors, carpets and entry mats. We build winter frequency into your plan, with more mopping at entrances and salt-residue removal, so floors last longer and lobbies stay presentable.

Janitorial vs. office cleaning: which do you need?

Office cleaning usually means a single tenant's suite on a set schedule. Janitorial services usually cover a whole building or its common areas, often with restocking, floor-care programs and porter service. Many clients use both. See office cleaning →

Add-ons for building managers

We can also repaint common-area walls, doors and trim on a schedule (commercial painting) and remove abandoned items from storage rooms, alleys and basements (hauling), so that work goes through the same vendor and the same invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Do you clean apartment building common areas?

Yes. Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms and trash rooms are a core service for us.

Can you service multiple buildings?

Yes. Property managers with several buildings get one contact and one schedule covering the whole portfolio.

Do you supply paper products and soap?

We can restock your supplies or supply them for you. Either way, it's spelled out in your written proposal.

How often should common areas be cleaned?

Most mid-size Chicago multi-unit buildings need common-area cleaning 1–3 times a week, plus more entrance cleaning in winter. We'll recommend a frequency after the walkthrough.
