How a project runs with us
- Pre-con: We confirm scope, access (dock, freight elevator, parking), hours and the turnover date.
- Rough clean(s): These run at the milestones you set.
- Final clean: A top-to-bottom detail pass, with photos sent to your PM.
- Touch-up: After the punch walk, the space is ready for turnover.
